This is not my first real-estate roundup; I have more than 25 years of business and sales experience in the Bay Area, and I’ve won more than a handful of sales awards during my time with Coldwell Banker.
Nor am I any sort of Luddite – in fact, my real-estate Web site has been up and running for over a decade and I’m actually quite a bit more technologically inclined than the average real-estate agent, even here in Silicon Valley.
Blogging, however, is a new offering for me – a new service in my expanding package of online real-estate services.
“Bill Robertson San Jose Real Estate” is not a page where I’m going to try to sell you something (well, not much. Let’s call it a “low-spin zone” rather than a “no-spin zone,” just in case.) It is, rather, a site where I will do my best to inform and educate you – and occasionally even tickle your funny bone – whether you’re a prospective home buyer, seller or just an innocent bystander.
You’ll find some raw data here, including updated statistics on home sales, inventory and trends. But the real idea is to take that data and analyze and interpret it correctly, put it into proper context and help you apply it to the real world – the one in which we both live.
And maybe have a little fun along the way.
So welcome to my blog; I hope we can meet here on a somewhat regular basis.
